Studio location

Relaxation Massage – 60 minutes ($100) + travel/set up fee ($20)

Your best choice when you just want to relax and don’t have any focus areas causing you discomfort. This is also known as Swedish Massage.

Relaxation+ Massage – 90 minutes ($140) + travel/set up fee ($20)

If your goal is relaxation and you’d like extra time and attention given to a focus area like stiff neck and shoulders, low back, or plantar fasciitis.

Focus Massage (upper or lower body) – 60 minutes ($100) + travel/set up fee ($20)

Your best choice if you want deeper pressure to reduce muscle pain. This modality delivers more pressure to specific muscles in either the superior or inferior body, focusing on problem areas.

Focus Massage (full body) – 90 minutes ($140) + travel/set up fee ($20)

This massage is like the 60-minute Focus Massage but focuses on problem areas in both the upper and lower body. The session could also include some stretching. This type of massage is great for athletes and those who want to get the kinks and the knots out. 

Zero Balancing – 60 minutes ($120) + travel/set up fee ($20)

This form of bodywork addresses the relationship between energy and structure in the body. It is the practice of touching the bone and the energy conducted by the bone in a way that invites congruence and interdependence within the whole person. Zero Balancing opens the body to the flow of vitality in our lives. When stillness is introduced at our core, we naturally go to a more optimal state. 

Add a Health Coaching Session to a Massage – 30-45 minutes ($40)

Health Coach Sessions include keeping a food diary of everything consumed in a several week period to gather data concerning what could be the cause of certain symptoms. We would also discuss balance of primary and secondary foods. (Primary = relationships, spirituality, career, fitness, etc/ Secondary = food & beverages)

Add a private Yoga Session to a Massage – 30-45 minutes ($50)

Individualized Yoga sessions are great for meditation, mindfulness, and breath work instruction, as well as for learning the asanas (postures), all of which are foundational to the practice.

Chair Massage – 20 minutes ($30)

Chair massage is done fully clothed and treats the back, neck, arms, hands, portions of the hips, and scalp. It allows the client to relax and get energized to finish the work day.
